Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you browse GuestbookETH or sign its public Ethereum guestbook.
Using the service
GuestbookETH provides an interface for reading public guestbook entries and submitting messages to an Ethereum smart contract. You are responsible for having a compatible wallet, selecting the correct network, reviewing the transaction, and paying any required ETH and network fees.
Permanent public content
Messages submitted through a confirmed blockchain transaction are public and intended to be permanent. Do not submit passwords, private keys, personal data, confidential information, unlawful content, or information about another person without their consent. A confirmed message cannot be edited or deleted by GuestbookETH.
Payments and transactions
The ETH amount and network gas shown by your wallet are separate costs. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. GuestbookETH does not control transaction speed, gas pricing, wallet behavior, network availability, or the operation of third-party RPC and wallet providers. Check every transaction detail before signing.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to impersonate someone, distribute malware, facilitate fraud, violate applicable law, harass or threaten others, or submit content that infringes another person's rights. The contract may include owner controls that pause new submissions or change limits for future messages.
Availability and changes
The website is provided as available and may be changed, paused, or discontinued. A website display issue does not erase a message already recorded on Ethereum. These terms may be updated as the service changes; the current version is the one published on this page.
